New website launched due to high demand for ShoreTel communications products and solutions

England – 02/7/2012

High demand for ShoreTel IP telephones, VOIP phone systems and unified communications solutions has led to Armstrong Communications PLC launching a dedicated website.

Many businesses throughout the UK have benefitted from one or more of the many communications products carrying the ShoreTel name. Such products have included IP telephones, VOIP phone systems and unified communications solutions, all of which have their unique features that are beneficial for business contact centres of many different sizes. However, up until recently, there has not been a website dedicated to providing businesses with crucial and relevant information about these products and solutions – a shortcoming that has now been addressed by telecoms and business telephone systems specialist Armstrong Communications PLC.

The website includes a comprehensive breadth of information about the impressive range of ShoreTel products and solutions by Armstrong Communications PLC, including ShoreTel IP phone systems, IP phones, voice switches, conferencing and mobility. Each of these products and solutions has its own dedicated page on the website.

One of the North West’s leading telecoms solutions providers

This new website will assist Armstrong Communications PLC in building upon its already impressive reputation in the field of telecoms solutions. Indeed, it is one of the most reputable companies of its type in the North West of England, and the close working relationship that it has with ShoreTel is reflected in the wide variety of the manufacturer’s communications products including  and services that Armstrong Communications PLC offers.

Marketing Manager Jonathan Moran said “We like to think that we know a reliable manufacturer of communications products and services when we see one, which is why we are proud of our enduring close working relationship with ShoreTel. Furthermore, our new website dedicated to ShoreTel products and solutions should only aid us in further spreading the message about this great company.”

Demand For IVA Advice Continues to Grow

England 02/07/2012

The Recession Increases Demand for IVA Advice

Throughout the UK, demand for good quality IVA advice is growing. Households are struggling more than ever to meet their debts. It is not so much that they are accruing new debts, rather that other financial pressures are making it harder and harder for them to pay off their existing debt.

Most households have experienced a cut in their incomes. Even those lucky enough to have got a wage increase have found that it has not helped much. The level of their wage increase has been exceptionally low. In most cases, it has been completely cancelled out by inflation. Those already on low incomes with debt have been even harder hit. Changes in benefit entitlements mean less access to tax credits and housing benefits. In addition, steep rises in the cost of fuel, food and basics like electric and gas have left most UK households unable to cope financially.

As a result, many UK households are falling further behind with their debt repayments rather than gradually paying off their existing debts. They are desperate for some sort of answer. Fortunately, for many, there is an answer and that is to use IVAs or Individual Voluntary Agreements to renegotiate and restructure their debts.

The Future for IVA Advice Firms

Not surprisingly, specialist firms who offer advice about IVAs and other ways of restructuring debt have seen demand for their services soar.

As a result, the best, firms like IVA Advice have felt able to invest more into their businesses to make quickly getting the right help far easier for consumers. Key to achieving this is communicating the basic facts about IVAs to potential clients.

For IVA Advice an important part of this process has been the launch of their new website. Their new site has been redesigned to quickly and clearly explain what IVAs are. The site helps people with existing debt problems to understand if an IVA is a viable option for helping them to manage their debt. This ensures that the few people who cannot be helped using IVAs do not waste precious time looking into them.
