Fast Track Service Announced for Domestic Installers

NICEIC gives the nod to specialist TS4U Domestic Installer Packages

After a successful visit from NICEIC, Britain’s premier electrical training company, Trade Skills 4U (TS4U) are now able to further their un-surpassed service to their customers by offering a unique ‘fast track’ installer application service launched in conjunction with the NICEIC.

This new ‘fast track’ service has been established due to the NICEIC’s confidence in Trade Skills 4U’s domestic installer packages. In a recent visit to Trade Skills 4U’s premises, the voluntary body recognised the quality of TS4U’s electrical training packages and suggested creating a service unique to customers that have trained with the specialist electrical trainer.

This new fast track service will allow newly qualified domestic installers to register onto both the domestic installer and MCS scheme more quickly due to the reduced amount of paperwork required to apply. The NICEIC have explained that TS4U packages contain such a high quality of training, details of qualifications will no longer be necessary so long as the candidate can confirm details of their course package training.

We have created our domestic installer packages with the individual in mind, ensuring that they are confident, compliant and competent to go out into the working work and become registered on a scheme like the NICEIC’s,” said Managing director of Trade Skills 4U, Carl Bennett. “Having one of the biggest names in the electrical industry support our packages in this way is a huge compliment,” He added.

Trade Skills 4U created their specialist electrical course packages as a way of easing the stress and confusion over having to search and book for the important courses required order to qualify as a domestic installer. The most basic package consists of the a unique foundation electrical course entitled ‘MOD1’ and several City & Guilds internationally recognised courses such as the Part P scheme and 2382-12, will allow a candidate to fully qualify as a domestic installer. After successfully passing their courses, a candidate will be able to begin working in a domestic property once they have successfully signed up to a domestic installer scheme.
